Booqie retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Malaysian law.

• Active Account Data: For as long as your account remains active and you continue using the booqie platform, we retain your account data to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Post-Account Closure Data: When your account is closed, we retain certain information for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with Malaysian AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and tax requirements.
